AEROBATIC PARAGLIDING JUDGES SEMINAR – ORGANYÀ (SPA), MAY 12TH-16TH 2019
The Aerobatic Committee of the Commission Internationale de Vol Libre (CIVL) has decided to organise a seminar for candidate judges to be held May 12-16, 2019 in Organyà, Spain. The aim of the seminar is to form a team of highly qualified judges, from as many nations as possible. Aerobatic is the most spectacular and visual discipline of paragliding. But it is also the most complex discipline to score. With the introduction of the new battle competition format, it has become even more complex. The level of the athletes is continuously improving. So we must keep up the level of the judging.
We invite all interested people to REGISTER TO THE SEMINAR by this link

A selection will then be made by the aerobatic committee and the elected candidates will be invited to the seminar.
The travel and accommodation budget of participants will be jointly funded by CIVL and NACs.
The seminar will be led by some of the world¡¯s very best aerobatic pilots such as Théo de Blic and Horacio Llorens. No tuition fee is collected: the newly formed judges are only requested to make themselves available to act as a judge during at least one competition each season.
