2010년 이탈리아으 첫 경기가 3월 13일에 아비아노에서 시직되었다.
슬로베니아에서 가까운 덕분에, Aviano(아비아노)에서는 발릭형제를
포함한 많은 유명선수들이 참가하였다.
발릭 형제인 Urban(우반)과 Aliaz(알리아즈)가 Niviuk의 새 경기용 날개인
Icepeak4(아이스피크4)를 가지고 대회에 출전하였다.
대회는 선수들 실력과 그들의 새로운 날개를 시험하기 힘든 기상 조건에서
치루어 졌다.
첫 타스크의 최종성적은 매우 인상적인 결과였다.
Urban(우반)이 2위와 시간격차를 11분이나 벌리며서 새 경기용 날개인
Icepeak4로 1위를 차지 했으며, 2위는 이탈리아의 Manuel Grandi가
그 뒤를 이었다.
2위에 오른 Manuel Grandi는 그의 이탈리아 컵 첫 데뷰전을
Icepeak3와 함께 했으며, 최고의 성적을 올렸다.
또한 중요한 것은 3위 역시 Matthew Accornero로
역시 Niviuk의 경기용 날개 Icepeak3로 비행했다는 것이다.
다음날 Urban(우반)은 같은 성적을 유지하였고 그의 성공적인 비행을
모든 선수에게 알렸다.
Niviuk의 새 경기용 날개인 Icepea4의 첫번째 실전 테스트는
매우 성공적이었다.
이 경기에서 우리는 새 경기용 날개인 Icepeak4의 새롭고 놀랄만한 날개의
성능을 발견했으며, 우리는 최고의 날개을 만들기 위해
우리의 모든 지식과 기술을 쏟아 부을 것이다.

The 2010 competition was launched in the best way for the NIVIUK colours. The first competition of the Italian Cup was launched on the 13th of March in Aviano (Italy). Thanks to its proximity to Slovenia, Aviano hosted a large number of pilots, including the famous Valic brothers, Urban and Aliaz aboard the unprecedented ICEPEAK 4. The event was held in difficult weather conditions, which served to test the pilots and their new gliders. The final results of the first stage are impressive.
The first task ended with the triumph of Urban Valic, with his new ICEPEAK 4, arriving 11 minutes ahead of the second Manuel Grandi, Serial Italian champion, making his debut in the premier class with a ICEPEAK 3. Also noteworthy is the work of Matthew Accornero, that riding a ICEPEAK 3 was placed in 3rd position.
The next day the Icepeak 4 from Urban continues to set the pace of the task and imposes his rhythm to the all others, a deserved victory goes to Slovenia.
The first real test of the New Icepeak4 could have no better debut.
This competition shows us that the Icepeak4 is a revelation. We will continue to work by providing all our knowledge and dreams in the search of better gliders.
